2. Service Description
TurfLens provides AI-powered lawn analysis and care recommendations. Results are informational and not a substitute for professional agronomic advice. Accuracy may vary based on photo quality and environmental conditions.
3. Subscription & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
4. User Content
By uploading photos, you grant TurfLens a license to process them for analysis. You retain ownership of your content. Do not upload photos containing people or sensitive locations.
5. Limitation of Liability
TurfLens is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our recommendations. Always follow product label instructions when applying treatments to your lawn.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of TurfLens after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
